The large single level open plan office space at the Westpac Call Centre houses over one thousand staff daily which made the project and the timeframe difficult. The scope consisted of removing six kitchens, one at a time, which included all new joinery, plumbing, electrical, painting and a zip under bench, hot & cold water units, with colourback glass and pelmet lighting.

A bright colour scheme was used for the repainting of the interior and to compliment this large colourful floor to ceiling murals were installed on three curved walls. On the walls of the main entry corridor two backlit mural boxes were installed. Extensive works were carried out on the exterior of the building, consisting of replacing cracked render, removing rust from steel beams and patching and painting the entire building. Large sections of the carpark ashphalt were removed and replaced along with new linemarking.
