This project comprised a complete office fit-out that included a basic tea point, a large break-out and kitchen including an oven for the staff. A large soundproofed meeting room which can be divided into three small meeting rooms (using Dorma operable walls) was built. This included a projector screen and ample audio visual equipment.

The reception area was designed to be inviting, with a plasma screen mounted into a purpose joinery wall and comfortable chairs. The main office area has an open plan atmosphere with a large utilities section and lots of built-in storage cupboards.The lighting in the tenancy is run on a sensor CBus system which is connected to the audio system.

A complete security system was installed with CCTV cameras and monitors, back to base alarm and key pads on all external and various internal doors, the whole system was made compatible to base building card readers.
