Swiss RE was completed within a tight programme of six weeks. The project involved the refurbishment of existing tenancy to suit the architectural design which included a chill out space consisting of a 7m long banquett with upholstery fabric from New York.

Two off operable walls were installed to allow the open space workstation area to be divided into separate rooms if and when required.

Quatram Building Services Pty Ltd co-ordinated the installation of workstations and audio-visual equipment which was supplied by others. New office spaces and a utilities area were created based on architectural specifications.
