The level 2 fitout consisted of a large comms conference room and both levels contained large fire rated storage rooms with secure doors that required access cards for entry at all times.

Secure entry, laminated glass pivot doors were installed in the lift lobby on both floors. A C bus system was also installed which allowed automated lighting and security.

Light sensors were fitted in the main workstation areas on both floors to adjust the amount of light depending on time of day. Extensive work was also completed on the A/C system to allow extra zones and better climate control.

The fire systems were upgraded and thermal and smoke detectors were installed to bring the building systems up to code. Security cameras and alarms were installed on all doors leading to fire escapes. Interior motion sensors with back to base features were alos installed.

Two new large kitchen amenities, staff break outs and two smaller kitchenettes were installed on both floors. Vinyl flooring and chilled and boiling water units were installed in the kitchens.

The workstations were supplied with three RJ45 data outlets and two double GPOs to each, all labeled with circuit numbers and data numbers, all corresponding with patch panel in comms room. All glazing systems used were to Australian Standard AS 1288 and 10mm laminated glass and a quality 3m film was applied.
