This project consisted of a complete fitout for a gourmet burger company and was completed within a five week programme. It included the fitout of a restaurant seating 20 people, a front area take away facility and the construction of a full commercial kitchen, cool rooms and a staff amenity area.

In order for the modern bright colours of the interior to be seen from the outside a full height glass shop front with a frameless glass door was installed.

The location of this project, being a busy main street, made access to the site difficult. As a result much of the work had to be completed outside of normal working hours.
