Baycorp was an interior refurbishment project that consisted of levels 3, 4, 5, 6 and 12 of 88-90 Arthur Street. The project entailed refurbishing half of the floors at a time while the other half remained in occupancy.

The relocation of staff as each section was being completed was a critical compnent of the programme.

Altogether the project consisted of eight stages, these stages included a new layout of; the reception area, break out areas, meeting rooms, quiet rooms, general offices and large open plan workstation environments.
